How it works
Brief, plan, capture, deliver.
A commercial brief, a planned capture, and a deliverable that matches what you asked for.
01
Brief
Tell us what needs inspecting, understanding or documenting. A postcode, a roof type and a couple of sentences is enough to start.
02
Plan
We review the site, location, airspace and what the deliverable actually has to show. Then we confirm the scope with you.
03
Capture
Visual, thermal or repeatable site data is collected as agreed.
04
Deliver
The evidence is organised into the agreed imagery, observations and report so the team who needs it can use it.
Scope
Work is quoted to the site.
Commercial work is scoped around the site, the capture required and the deliverables you need. Tell us what you need inspected or documented and we will set out the appropriate approach.
Questions that usually come up
Before you enquire.
A location or postcode, the type of site, and a short note on what you need to see or document. Photographs or a drawing help if you have them, but they are not required to start.
Surface temperature patterns. Differences may highlight areas of a roof, envelope or array that deserve a closer look. Thermal capture does not, on its own, prove a leak or certify an electrical fault.
Yes. For progress monitoring and repeat inspections we agree viewpoints up front and return to them as closely as site, weather, airspace and safety allow.
Yes. One building or several, on an agreed cycle. The same capture method can be applied across a contractor’s jobs, an FM portfolio or more than one construction project.
Not always. It often establishes what is there before physical access is arranged. Scaffolding, a MEWP or a hands-on inspection still have a place when the findings require them.
The visit is rescheduled. Wind, rain, visibility and airspace all affect whether a capture can go ahead. We will not fly a brief that cannot be delivered safely.
That is the usual arrangement. NOVENTRA provides the capture and the organised record. Professional judgement, repairs and ongoing management stay with the people already responsible for the asset.
