This page describes the information this website actually collects. It will be updated when a company registration, postal address or additional processing is in place.

What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, optional telephone number, site information, and the description of the requirement. We also store the page you sent the form from and any campaign parameters already in the address bar (for example utm_source). We do not put names or email addresses into outreach URLs.
Why we collect it
To review the requirement, respond, and keep a record of the enquiry. That is a legitimate interest in handling a business enquiry you chose to send. If you later become a client, the same details may be used to perform the contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable commercial record, then deleted or archived. You can ask us to delete an unused enquiry.
Processors
Enquiry emails are sent through our email provider when that connection is live. The website is hosted by a UK-accessible commercial host. We do not sell enquiry data.
Analytics
Optional privacy-conscious analytics may be used later. It does not use advertising cookies. See the cookies page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the enquiry data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@noventraops.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
