Roof & building inspection
High-level imagery to support condition review, repair planning and client communication — before, during and after the work.
The problem
Why people ask for this.
Commercial roofs and building envelopes are expensive to access and easy to under-document. A walkover is not always justified just to establish condition, and a ground-level look rarely shows enough.
This is an evidence layer. It does not always replace scaffolding, a MEWP or a physical inspection — those still have a place when the findings require them.
What we capture
- Commercial and industrial flat roofs
- Membrane, covering and visible weathering
- Gutters, outlets and drainage lines
- Flashings, upstands and penetrations
- Rooftop plant and plant-room roofs
- Façades, cladding and high-level elevations
- Areas that are awkward or unsafe to reach on foot
What you receive
- High-resolution visual stills
- Closer detail where the brief needs it
- Location-referenced observations
- A structured report where reporting is scoped
Useful for
- Roofing contractors
- Facilities and property teams
- Building surveyors
- Asset owners and operators
Access
See the roof before you commit to getting onto it.
Sending people up is sometimes necessary. It is not always the right first move when the question is simply “what is actually there?”. High-level stills can establish condition, show the client the same view, and decide whether physical follow-up is warranted.
NOVENTRA does not claim to replace scaffolding, a MEWP or a hands-on inspection. Those remain the right tools when the evidence says they are.
