Some issues announce themselves visually. Others first show as a temperature difference on a roof, a façade or a solar module. Without thermal capture those patterns are easy to miss.
Thermal imagery measures surface temperature patterns. It does not see through walls, prove a leak, or certify an electrical fault on its own.

How to read it
A temperature pattern is a clue, not a verdict.
Thermal cameras record surface temperature. A warmer or cooler patch on a roof, a façade or a solar module may be worth investigating. It may also be plant doing its job, a different material, or the sun on a dark surface.
Findings are written that way: area, observation, recommended next action. Not “this proves moisture” or “this certifies an electrical fault”.
